Tata has discontinued the Tectonic Blue shade on the Nexon. The SUV is now available in five colours: Calgary White, Pure Silver, Daytona Grey, Foliage Green, and Flame Red. While there’s no official word on the replacement option, Tata could introduce the darker Arizona Blue shade currently available on the Tiago.
Besides the colour change, the Nexon remains unchanged. It retails from Rs 7.20 lakh to Rs 12.96 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV locks horns with the Kia Sonet, Nissan Magnite, Renault Kiger, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV300, Ford EcoSport, and Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza.

Specifications

The Endeavour is now only available with a BS6 2.0-litre EcoBlue diesel engine in India. Ford previously offered a 3.2-litre and 2.2-litre diesel engine. Don’t let the displacement fool you as this engine puts out 170PS and 420Nm of twist mated to a 10-speed automatic gearbox driving all four wheels. Sitting high, the Endeavour comes with a ground clearance of 225mm.

Ford offers the Endeavour in four variants: Titanium 4x2 AT, Titanium 4x2 AT, Titanium+ 4x4 AT and Sport. As you can see there is only one engine and one gearbox combination available for the Endeavour in 2WD or 4WD variants.

Features

New kit on offer are LED headlamps and FordPass connected car technology which enables remote engine start-stop, remote locking and unlocking, viewing the vehicle status, as well as operating certain features. Other noteworthy features include a panoramic sunroof, drive modes, semi-auto parallel park assist, push button start, hands-free powered tailgate, front and rear parking sensors, rear parking camera, automatic headlamps, automatic wipers, DRLs, dual-zone automatic climate control and eight-way power-adjustable driver and front passenger seats.
